The “Tannenmühle” and “Jochgraben” seminar rooms are located on the 3rd floor.
They are barrier-free, accessible by lift, air-conditioned and carpeted. “Tannenmühle” 1 and 2 can be connected into one large room by opening the partition wall.
Wienerwald
Wienerwald
The “Wienerwald” seminar rooms are located on the ground floor.
They are barrier-free, air-conditioned, have access to the garden and are equipped with tile flooring that can be driven on. Cars can therefore be presented in the “Wienerwald” via a car drive-in.

The “Steinhäusl” seminar floor is located on the 3rd floor.
The rooms are barrier-free, accessible by lift, air-conditioned and carpeted.
Salon & Lounge
Salon & Lounge
The two seminar rooms “Salon” and Lounge”, are located on the ground floor.
They are barrier-free, air-conditioned and have access to a terrace and a garden area with a pavilion.

open.space
The event area “open.space” is located on the ground floor, right next to the restaurant and the courtyard garden.
It is barrier-free, equipped to a high standard and accessible both via the main entrance and via direct access. The “open.space” is air-conditioned, equipped with tiles or parquet flooring and can be divided by mobile glass walls. The “open.space” is not only suitable for lectures and seminars, but also provides the perfect setting for weddings, events and celebrations.
Focus & Firebox
Focus & Feuerbox
The “Focus” is the centrepiece of the event area and is located on the ground floor.
Events are possible in any weather thanks to air conditioning and glass fronts that can be opened all the way round, surrounded by nature. Whether you are planning a seminar, a wedding, a celebration or a reception – you are sure to have a wonderful time in the “Focus”.
