The seminar rooms »Atrium« allow a variety of possibilities and are located on the 3rd floor.
They are wheelchair-accessible, have no barriers, and are accessible by lifts. The facilities were completely renovated in 2016 and the technology was updated. The rooms are all carpeted and air-conditioned. The implementation was carried out with local craftsmen. The atrium can accommodate events of 10 to 300 people.

Tannenmühle
Located on the third floor, the seminar rooms Tannenmühle offer a variety of possibilities.
They are wheelchair-accessible, have no barriers, and are accessible by lifts. The facilities were completely renovated in 2016 and the technology was updated. The rooms are all carpeted and air-conditioned. The implementation was carried out with local craftsmen. Tannenmühle can accommodate events of 10 to 300 people.
Wienerwald (Vienna Woods)
The Wienerwald conference rooms offer a wide range of possibilities and are located on the first floor.
They can be accessed via the guest garden, and they are wheelchair-accessible. They are equipped with parquet flooring and can therefore also be driven over. The Wienerwald seminar room even has a car drive-in, which allows cars to be presented. Regardless of whether the event is for 16 people or up to 100 participants, the room options are diverse, and the guest garden allows for shared use of the outdoor area.
Steinhäusl
The Steinhäusl seminar floor offers numerous possibilities and is located on the third floor.
They are wheelchair-accessible, have no barriers, and are accessible by lifts. The facilities were completely renovated in 2016 and the technology was updated. The rooms are all carpeted and air-conditioned. The implementation was carried out with local craftsmen.
Salon & Lounge
The two seminar rooms, Salon and Lounge, offer many possible settings and are located on the first floor.
They are accessible by a terrace and are barrier-free. The car drive-in allows cars to be presented indoor. Whether the event is for 16 people or for up to 60 participants, the room options are varied and the terrace and garden pavilion allow for shared use of the outdoor area.

The open space offers numerous possibilities and is located on the first floor, directly next to the restaurant.
It is barrier-free and accessible via the main entrance as well as via direct access. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and either tile or parquet flooring. It is not only suitable for lectures and seminars, it also provides a perfect setting for weddings, events, and celebrations.
Focus
Our Focus, which is glazed, is the heart of our outdoor area, called campus. Air-conditioning and glass fronts can be opened all around, so events can be held in the middle of nature, whatever the weather is like. Whether you are planning a seminar, wedding, or birthday party, you can be sure that you will have a wonderful day at the Focus.
