Am Aschermittwoch, den 2. März, ist es endlich wieder soweit – wir laden Sie herzlich zu unserem traditionellen Heringsschmaus ein!

After a two-year break, we are all happy that we can once again spend Ash Wednesday with you at the annual Herring-Feast and fish dinner at our house. Every guest will get a glass of Dockner sparkling wine!

We will provide you with marinated herring salad, bouillabaisse, zander, salmon trout, and much more on the day after Shrove Tuesday.

Menu Herring Feast

Starters 

Marinated herring salad, house style 
Three kinds of salmon (tartar, smoked, terrine) 
Smoked trout mousse with red beetroot 
Tuna tartare Asian marinated 
Spicy shrimp cocktail with herb baguette 
Grilled king prawns on tomato-rocket salad 
Starter variation (herring salad, pickled salmon, tuna tartare, smoked trout) 

Soup 

Bouillabaisse (French fish soup) with gratinated cheese baguette 
Cozze alla Marinara (mussels in white wine broth) 

Main courses 

Grilled pike perch with parsley potato 
Baked with potato and cucumber salad 
Roasted salmon trout served with beetroot risotto 
Piccata Milanese of gilthead served with paradeiser pasta 
Black Tiger prawns in the shell served with spaghetti agilo e olio 
Crispy gilthead or sea bass served with rosemary potato & ratatouille 
Grilled salmon fillet served with curry vegetables & basmati rice 
Trout Müllerin whole served with sautéed spinach & parsley potato 
Seafood variation (prawns, calamari, scallops) served with rocket risotto & grilled vegetables 
Fish mix (pike-perch, char, barbel) served with homemade tagliatelle and spinach leaves 
Surf & Turf (pink Beirie slice & black tiger prawn) served with potato gratin & green beans
